Welcome to MrHarlow. By accessing our website www.mrharlow.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.mrharlow.com, operated by PVL Media.
• By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• If under 18, you may only use this website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

• By placing an order, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
• A binding contract is only formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Payment authorisation issues

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping to the UK is free of charge.
• We accept the following payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Shipping time (UK only): 5–9 business days.
• Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days from the date of order.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• While we strive to meet delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order.
This does not affect your statutory right under UK consumer law to cancel an online order within 14 days without giving a reason.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items with signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Since we currently offer free standard outbound shipping, no delivery costs are deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned items.

7. Warranty & Product Conformity

• All products are guaranteed to comply with UK consumer rights legislation.
• If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

8. Product Information

• We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
• Slight variations in colour or size may occur due to display differences or manufacturing tolerances.

9. Intellectual Property

• All original content on www.mrharlow.com (images, text, logos, graphics) is the property of PVL Media / MrHarlow and protected by copyright.
• Licensed content from third parties (e.g. stock images) remains the property of the respective rights holders.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrHarlow and PVL Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law and other applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. For customers based in the United Kingdom, mandatory UK consumer protection rights and dispute resolution options apply in addition to these Terms.
