This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

At MrHarlow, our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery so you know exactly when to expect your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been confirmed.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The order cut-off time is 23:00 (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be considered as placed on the following business day.


2. Shipping Time (Transit)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery to the UK usually takes 5–9 business days.
Deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, or Royal Mail.


3. Total Delivery Time

Your total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • Estimated total: 6–12 business days from the date of purchase


4. Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
No hidden fees will be added at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel any time through our Tracking Page or directly on the courier’s website.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, please note that delays caused by customs checks, courier issues, postal strikes, or severe weather are outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@mrharlow.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos of the item and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
