This Returns & Refund Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
At MrHarlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Statutory Right to Cancel: In addition to our 30-day return policy, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
1. 30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Have all labels, tags, and packaging intact.
- Be free from stains, odours, or signs of wear.
- Be accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at contact@mrharlow.com with your order number and clear photos.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue either a full refund or a replacement.
4. Return Costs
- Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers may choose their preferred courier or shipping method when sending items back.
- Since we currently offer free standard shipping, no shipping costs are deducted from your refund. If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will also cover your return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval of your return, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card issuer first.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
7. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact@mrharlow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photos if applicable (especially for damage or defects).
- Our customer service team will provide detailed return instructions.
8. Important Notes
- Items from separate orders must each be authorised for return. However, they may be shipped back together if approved by our customer service team.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected before refunds are issued.
- Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.
